Unit 2: My fitness and eating habits

 Hi, my name is Nguyen Viet Anh. I'm 17 years old and i very want to improve myself. Today i will share for everyone some experieneces my fitness and eating habits. 


First i will talk about my fitness. I'm usually go swimming at the pool twice a week, i sometimes will go to the gym to lift weight. In the morning every i will go running at the park or a track near my house. In the morning i will go to play tennis at the tennis court.





Now i will share about my eating habits. You know ? Eating healthy will help you grow and get a lot healthier, for 1 example my friend, his name is Minh he is overweights but after he change his eating habits, His body became more fit and he looks so healthy. I'm always eat a lot of vegetable and i avoids junk food, fatty food. But sometimes i will eat some dessert in the afternoon. In my opinion eatting plant protein is better than animal protein, cause if you eat animal protein, it's will make you have a lot of calories in your body and it's not good for your health
